Great location and feels very safe. Plenty of room compared to the average Japanese hotel. The staff was very helpful and they speak English. There's also some exercise facilities which isn't common in Japan.

Great location and facilities were clean and sparkling. Hotel is in the middle of a shopping area and surrounded by great restaurants. Rooms are quite spacious and the breakfast had adequate offerings.

Very convenient for using the shinkansen. Connected to the rail station with shops and restaurants.
